Our company HQ covers an area of 240,000 square meters with a floor space of 100,000 square meters, total assets of 7 billion RMB, registered capital of RMB 720 million. Alcha has been listed in Shenzhen-Stock-Market of China since 21st, Aug, 2007(Stock Code: 002160). Alcha is a high-tech enterprise, the one of 22 key private scientific and technological enterprises in the first batch of Jiangsu province and manufacturing landmark enterprise in Suzhou City, and also the key enterprise of non-ferrous metal processing industry in China. Main products are fin stock for air conditioner, unclad and clad material for automotive heat exchangers, Al plates etc. Depending on stable R&D team and leading industry R&D capability, our products have built up good reputation in the worldwide; have been delivered to more than 30 countries and regions. In April 2011, we set up the wholly-owned subsidiary in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. We take full advantage of rich resources and energy in the Midwest, replying on upstream aluminium liquid to produce primary products with direct ingredient, as well as taking the chance of serving customer industry transfer for deeper processing in local, delivering the products to mother company and customer plants separately through the modern logistics network dispatching ability, therefore realizing the maximization of resource intension and efficiency. In Aug, 2014,we acquired 100% stock of Shandong Xinheyuan Heat Transferring Technology Co.,Ltd by the way of M&A in the capital market and got into the downstream of the industry chain to start to provide high-frequency welded Al tube for automotive industry, including both middle and high quality domestic and JV vehicles makers. In April 2015, our company acquired 100% stock of Shanghai Langmai Clean Technology Co.,Ltd by the way of merger&reorganization and stepped into the medicine clean area, meanwhile, declared to develop toward generalized health industry, starting the cooperative development strategy of double main industries of “aluminium processing + health industry”. In Dec, 2017, we established Jiangsu Alcha new energy materials Co., Ltd., formally entered the field of power battery materials. Up to now, Alcha owns 8 wholly owned subsidiary, 1 holding company and 2 joint-stock company. In the future, Alcha will extend to the downstream industry chain on the basis of making main industry larger and stronger, to provide customers with the diversified products and overvalued services under the guidance of sustainable innovation and the concept of creating value for customers to build up a world famous company!
