The system has three functions: cooling dehumidification, temperature regulating dehumidification and temperature rising dehumidification (heat pump). When the room temperature is high, the cooling and dehumidification method can be used when the temperature needs to be reduced after dehumidification; when the room temperature is moderate, the temperature adjustment and dehumidification method can be used when the air outlet temperature has appropriate requirements; when the room temperature is low, the heating and dehumidification method can be used when the relative humidity can be reduced by heating. a. Principle of cooling and dehumidification During cooling and dehumidification, solenoid valve A is on, solenoid valve B is off, all three fans of outdoor air-cooled condenser are on, and the refrigeration system works. At this time, the condensation heat load of the system is all borne by the outdoor air-cooled condenser, and the indoor condenser does not bear the condensation heat load. That is, after the air is treated by the evaporator, it is not heated by the air-cooled condenser, so as to achieve the purpose of cooling and dehumidification. b. Principle of temperature regulation and dehumidification When regulating temperature and dehumidification, solenoid valve B is on, and solenoid valve A is off. The air temperature is adjusted by adjusting the number of opening fans of outdoor air-cooled condenser. At this time, the condensation heat load of the system is jointly borne by the outdoor air-cooled condenser and the indoor air-cooled condenser. The heat load of the indoor air-cooled condenser is used to heat the cold air out of the evaporator, make the air temperature rise, and then send it to the destination. Due to the change of the number of fans in the outdoor air-cooled condenser, the heat load of the indoor air-cooled condenser changes, that is, the equal humidity heating amount of the cold air out of the evaporator changes, resulting in the change of the air temperature, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature regulation and dehumidification. c. Principle of temperature and dehumidification (heat pump) During temperature and dehumidification, the solenoid valves a and B are closed, the four-way reversing valve acts, the unit operates under the condition of heat pump, and the three fans of outdoor air-cooled condenser are all opened. The condensation heat load of the system is all borne by the indoor evaporator. At this time, the outdoor air-cooled condenser is equivalent to the evaporator in the system, and the indoor evaporator is equivalent to the air-cooled condenser in the system. The indoor air-cooled condenser is short circuited. That is, the air is heated by the evaporator (actually the air-cooled condenser), so as to achieve the purpose of temperature rise and dehumidification.
