- product introduction:1. Adopt 140°C high-speed direct-drive high-temperature heat pump centrifugal compressor innovatively developed by Gree. The compressor adopts innovative technologies such as high-power permanent magnet variable frequency motor direct drive structure, solid current multi-material coupling rotor thermal insulation structure, 10kV permanent magnet high-speed motor phase change cooling thermal management technology, strong convergence multi-oil wedge bearing, lightweight impeller, short and coarse motor, high-strength rotary pumping, etc., which can operate safely and efficiently under high temperature conditions of 140°C.
2. Adopt double compressor Zoomlion, multi-level compression high temperature heat pump system technology, break through the limit of centrifuge pressure ratio, and adopt double compressor high-efficiency zone dynamic optimization technology to achieve high pressure ratio, large temperature rise and efficient operation under complex heat pump working conditions. The maximum temperature of the unit is 8OK, and the maximum water outlet temperature is above 140C.
3. Using the low-pressure refrigerant high-temperature strengthened heat exchanger innovatively developed by Gree, adapted to the R1233zd(E) refrigerant working fluid, under the high-temperature effluent working condition and the same end temperature difference, compared with the traditional heat exchanger, the heat exchange capacity of the new cake hair generator is increased by 11%, and the heat exchange of the new condenser is increased by 15%.
