Working principle
The finned evaporator is a key component in the vapor compression refrigeration system. Its working principle is mainly based on the circulation flow of refrigerant and the physical heat exchange process. Specifically: the refrigeration compressor compresses the low-pressure refrigerant vapor into high-temperature and high-pressure steam, and then sends it to the condenser for cooling and liquefaction.
After passing through the throttle valve, the refrigerant becomes a low-pressure liquid and enters the evaporator. In the evaporator, the low-pressure liquid refrigerant exchanges heat with the surrounding environment through the finned tube bundle, absorbs heat from the air and evaporates into low-temperature and low-pressure steam. This process achieves a refrigeration effect, that is, lowers the temperature of the surrounding environment.
