Oil filter
  • product brand:ZBH
  • Numéro de stand:E5J12
  • product specification:piece
  • product category:Refrigeration Equipment-Refrigeration systems and plants-Chillers, liquid
  • product introduction:Applicable models: McQuay screw machine Structure: Upper end cover, lower end cover, inner skeleton, filter layer Upper end cover: made of galvanized steel stamping, with a film covering on the surface, free from peeling, detachment, surface scratches, and other phenomena, with strong corrosion resistance. Lower end cover: made of galvanized steel stamping, with a film covering on the surface, without peeling, detachment, surface scratches, and other phenomena. It has strong corrosion resistance. Inner skeleton: made of zinc infiltrated steel material, spot welded, with a film coating on the surface, free from peeling, detachment, surface scratches, and other phenomena, with strong corrosion resistance. Filter layer: Imported glass fiber filter material is used, and aluminum plate joint sheets are used for joint sealing, with good sealing performance and wave bending process. This process greatly improves the ability to absorb pollutants. Glass fiber has high temperature resistance, non flammability, corrosion resistance, high tensile strength, good electrical insulation, reduced pressure (significantly lower than that of metal filter materials), and long service life. High cost-effectiveness, but non reusable. The adhesive used is a high-quality two-component epoxy resin adhesive that is resistant to high and low temperatures, and can be used in various types of refrigeration oils at minus 40-110 ℃. Process: Adhesive bonding. Filter media: impurities and pollutants in lubricating oil. Features: Resistant to refrigerants and refrigeration oil, its filtration accuracy and pressure drop meet the original factory requirements, and can effectively control the cleanliness of refrigeration oil. Application: The oil filter 7384-188 is installed at the bottom of the compressor oil storage tank and is very easy to disassemble. The oil filter can be replaced by removing the flange cover. The oil filter must be kept clean regularly to ensure proper lubrication. The oil filter should be checked during the initial 1000 hours of operation and every 4000 hours thereafter. Once the compressor shuts down due to a low oil pressure alarm, the pressure drop of the oil filter should be checked for excessive pressure. Use a pressure gauge to check the discharge pressure and inlet pressure of the compressor. Once their pressure difference exceeds 1.5 bar, they should be replaced immediately.
