Two compressors two stage unit with series-parallel adjustable design consists of a low pressure stage screw compressor,a high pressure stage screw compressor,a main motor,a Oil separator,a inter-cooler,a economizer,a oil pump,a oil pump motor,a control cabinet,valves,pressure sensors and temp sensors etc.
Features:
It allows that two compressors both parallelly work under high temp working condition,room temp dropping down sharply.When working condition turns to low temp, two compressors running in series,two stage compression.It is more energy-saving.
The low and high stage compressors are both designed with internal volume ratio,reducing over compression and under compression which makes system more economical.
Low pressure stage compressor adopts a four-pole variable frequency motor instead of a high-power two-pole motor to avoid low motor efficiency during series operation.
Both the low-pressure and high-pressure stages adopt variable frequency regulation, which can ensure the efficient and economical operation of the unit under various working conditions.?
Adopting dry inter-cooler and economizer in the system not only improves system economy but also ensures the safety of liquid supply of evaporators.
