1. The cylinder should not be exposed to direct sunlight or other heat sources, open flame oxides and corrosive chemicals.
2. The cylinder shall be stored in a dry and ventilated place where the ambient temperature does not exceed 30℃.
3. As R600a is inflammable and explosive gas, handle it with care during loading and unloading.
4. After the gas is used, the empty bottle cannot be filled again and should be handed over to a professional unit for recycling.
Instructions for use:
1. R600a is only for refrigeration professional and technically qualified personnel holding refrigeration technician qualification certificate.
2. The operator shall not wear clothes that generate electrostatic discharge.
3.R600a is inflammable and explosive. It is forbidden to use open flame for all work. All pipeline connections should be connected with lock ring, and no open flame welding should be used during filling
4.R600a is the special refrigerant for the refrigerator and freezer. It needs to be filled quantitatively, the accuracy of which should be controlled within ±5g, and the filling phase can be liquid or gas phase, compatible with mineral oil.
5. When discharging R600a refrigerant from the refrigerant system, use a hose to pass it into the outdoor atmosphere. Note that there should be no open flame, mechanical equipment, tools and electrical appliances that are easy to generate sparks in the surrounding environment;
6. Before loading the equipment, it is necessary to carry out equipment leakage and leakage, and all the transformer devices of the equipment must be suitable for flammable and explosive gas.
Storage and transportation:
1. During storage
Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse, away from fire and heat sources, the temperature of the warehouse should not exceed 30℃, should be separated from oxidizer and halogen, do not mix storage, explosion-proof lighting and ventilation facilities, storage area should be equipped with leakage emergency treatment equipment.
2. It is prohibited to use mechanical equipment and tools that are easy to produce sparks for transportation.
3. In order to avoid combustible gas accumulation, the warehouse needs to install strong ventilation devices;
4 In addition to ventilation and safety system, also need to configure standard explosion-proof electrical equipment;
5. Use gas sensing elements to continuously monitor the possible leakage area. When the concentration exceeds 15%-20% of the lowest explosion limit, it will give an alarm and double ventilation; When 30%-35% of the lowest explosion limit is reached, disconnect all non-explosion-proof appliances in the monitoring area, leaving only the explosion-proof fan running at full speed.
