- product introduction:A heat pump unit that uses the condensation waste heat from the condenser of the refrigeration system as a heat source, with total heat recovery, to produce hot water at+55~75 ℃. The unit’s pry block adopts the HK series of Japanese Maekawa MYCOM piston compressors, with a maximum discharge pressure of 5.0MPa and a maximum condensing temperature of+85 ℃. The pry block mode is easy to install on site, with automated control, adjustable outlet temperature, main motor frequency conversion control, and high load tracking ability. The heat exchanger adopts a plate shell heat exchanger with minimal heat loss and is an independent system that does not intersect with the original refrigeration system. Low vibration and noise levels, stable operation, with a maximum COP of 6.8. NH3 refrigerant has low usage, which is both environmentally friendly and safe.
