When the water with mineral salt enters the humidification barrel through the water inlet valve, the electrode piece on the upper part of the humidification barrel will be immersed in the water as the water level rises gradually. Because the water with mineral salt is a conductor, when the water contacts the electrode piece, a path will be formed. At this time, we load the electric pressure on the electrode piece, and the water ions will move at a high speed, generating heat energy, so that the water will generate clean saturation The steam is then sent to the air conditioning box or air duct through the steam diffusion device to humidify the air.
According to the Joule effect, the steam output is proportional to the current, and then to the water level. The current is measured by the current transformer. The water level is adjusted by repeatedly opening and closing the water inlet valve and drain valve, and the current and steam output are precisely adjusted.
When the water evaporates, the water level will drop, but the steam will not take away the mineral salt in the water, so the mineral salt concentration in the water will increase, so the conductivity will also increase; once the current reaches the upper limit set by the microprocessor control, the drain valve will discharge the high concentration water, and then add new water through the water inlet valve to achieve the purpose of dilution, so as to protect the humidification barrel. The scale produced by long-term operation will be attached to the electrode plate, which will block the contact between the electrode plate and the ions in the water, thus affecting the humidification effect. Therefore, the humidification barrel needs to be cleaned and replaced regularly.
