DIRECTIONS:
1.Remove all refrigerant from the system and drain the oil.
2.To assure a totally clean system and the fast and easy removal of CF-40, it is important to create a closed loop system by-passing all accumulators, filter dryers and receivers.
3.Disconnect compressor. Using CF-40, thoroughly flush the system using a circulating pump a minimum of one half hour (see note) to remove any burn out residue and oil (down to less than 3% of original charge).
4.Drain the system and blow dry nitrogen throughout the system until a fine mist or droplets are coming out.
5.Pull a vacuum after removing as much CF-40 & oil as possible. Accumulator and receiver should be cleaned separately.
6.Recharge system as per manufacturer's recommendation.
7.Start the equipment and make any adjustments necessary.
