- product introduction:The SMT series multi-turn valve electric actuator is a new-generation product independently developed by our company based on the existing mature products, integrating the advantages of various electric actuators from both domestic and international sources. It features a small size, light weight, good quality, compact structure, attractive appearance, reliable performance, and a new aluminum alloy casing. It is widely used in industries such as power, metallurgy, petroleum, chemical engineering, papermaking, and wastewater treatment.
This series is applicable to valves where the actuating part moves in a straight line, such as gate valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves, gates, sluice valves, etc. It can also be equipped with a part of the rotary turbine gearbox and used in conjunction with butterfly valves, ball valves, plug valves, etc., as angle-travel valves, for the opening, closing, or regulation of the valves. It is an indispensable driving device for realizing remote control, centralized control, and automatic control of the valves. The direct output torque range of this series is 50N.m - 2500N.m, and the output rotational speed range is 18rpm - 24rpm. Different speed ranges and different reduction ratios of the electrically dedicated turbine gearbox can be matched to convert for greater torque requirements.
