The BV420X/BV730X series control valves are products manufactured in compliance with international standards, developed based on advanced foreign technology. These control valves are suitable for building automation systems such as air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating, as well as for automatic control systems in industrial processes within the chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, electric power, and light industries. Upon receiving various control signals from instruments and computers, they can perform temperature regulation, pressure regulation, and humidity control, and can also manage parameters such as flow rate and liquid level within the system.
The electric actuator used in this product features a die-cast aluminum alloy housing and bracket, resulting in a compact size and light weight. When assembled with DN40~200 valves, it makes the electric valve even more lightweight and compact. The BV420X/BV730X series control valves meet the control requirements of typical air conditioning, refrigeration, ventilation, and heating systems.
In systems requiring a high differential pressure between the valve inlet and outlet, the BV420X/BV730X series utilizes a balanced control valve plug. This design allows the media differential pressure structure to be balanced, overcoming the unbalanced forces generated by high differential pressure and ensuring smooth valve plug shut-off even under high differential pressure conditions.
The electric actuator employs a combined spring structure. When assembled with the valve body, it ensures a constant sealing pressure during closure, guaranteeing reliable shut-off. When the valve is fully closed or fully opened, limit switches at both ends activate to cut off the power, protecting the motor from damage.
It can directly accept standard control signals output by various controllers, offering advantages such as compact size, light weight, and reliable operation. It is suitable for conveying media like chilled water, hot water, and other non-corrosive media. The low-temperature version of the control valve is designed for low-temperature media such as ethylene glycol and is primarily used for temperature control in cold storage.
