In systems requiring a high differential pressure between the valve inlet and outlet, the BV420X/BV730X series utilizes a balanced control valve plug. This design allows the media differential pressure structure to be balanced, overcoming the unbalanced forces generated by high differential pressure and ensuring smooth valve plug shut-off even under high differential pressure conditions. The electric actuator employs a combined spring structure. When assembled with the valve body, it ensures a constant sealing pressure during closure, guaranteeing reliable shut-off. When the valve is fully closed or fully opened, limit switches at both ends activate to cut off the power, protecting the motor from damage. It can directly accept standard control signals output by various controllers, offering advantages such as compact size, light weight, and reliable operation. It is suitable for conveying media like chilled water, hot water, and other non-corrosive media. The low-temperature version of the control valve is designed for low-temperature media such as ethylene glycol and is primarily used for temperature control in cold storage.
