The electric heating tube is designed with low power density and treated with a special anti-scaling process. Made of stainless steel 316 or higher grade materials, it is corrosion-resistant, cleanable and features a long service life. Scale on the water tank and heating tube surface falls off continuously due to repeated thermal expansion and contraction, effectively solving the scaling problem and minimizing equipment maintenance work.
The product boasts a unique design, stable performance and high safety and reliability, with higher humidification control precision. The whole unit is made of stainless steel, elegant and lightweight. It supports on-off control, proportional control and PID control, and the evaporation box and electric control box can be combined as required, enabling convenient and flexible installation.
The circuit design is equipped with multiple safety protections, including three-level protection against short circuit, overheating and electric leakage, combined with anti-dry burning design. When the electric heating element is exposed to the water surface, the power will be cut off automatically to protect the element from burning out.
RS485 interface is optional to support cluster control. An integrated keypad interface clearly displays the real-time operating status of the equipment, facilitating users to set and adjust humidity easily.
