Features
1.There are two self-contained purification tanks which can purify oil products alternatively, enabling the continuity of production. The purified oil is sealed in a purification tank with pure nitrogen, waiting to be charged.
2.Both purification tanks and pipes are made of stainless steel, and their surfaces have been electropolished to ensure that the purified oil will not be contaminated in the process of storage and charging.
3.The key way of charging oil is to use imported mass flow meter, which is not affected by temperature and density, so as to ensure high charging precision.
4.The self-developed charging gun ensures high charging precision at high speed. Its nozzle is specially provided with oil suction function in order to prevent oil leakage at the end of charging.
5.The whole process of purification and charging works automatically under the control of PLC. As the touch screen shows masses of equipment information, operators can clearly understand the running statu.
