The working principle of the evaporative condenser is to send the high temperature gas that needs to be condensed from the upper inlet of the heat transfer coil into the coil. The high temperature gas releases heat in the heat transfer coil and is cooled after phase change condensation occurs and the liquid is discharged through the lower outlet into the storage tank.
On the outside of the heat transfer pipe with circulating spray water as the cooling medium, forms the spray water on the surface of the heat transfer coil-a uniform layer of water film absorbs the heat released by the hot steam in the coil and evapor, and then takes the water steam through the fan, the heat in the coil away, and gradually cooling the gas into liquid. The spray water through the coil enters the cold water layer. Due to the resistance of the negative pressure of the fan, the spray water is attached to the surface of the cold water sheet to flow slowly from the top to the bottom. At the same time, the waste heat in the water with the air flow into the fan to discharge the water temperature, and the cooling water falls into the water tank after the pump for circulation.
